CONNECTION TO VERIFIED CUSTOMER

The system begins by the connecting the customer to our platform where they can access free WiFI by merely watching an advert on their phone on our platform. Clickable banners are available on the platform on the consumer’s phone. Once the customer clicks the banner they are then led to the brand’s WhatsApp Bot environment (click-to-chat).

 

 In the background, we are able to collect non identifiable signals such as device information, location and time of connection. This data creates an anonymous behavioural profile. Only once a user provides consent through trusted channels such as WhatsApp is the profile linked to verified personal details.

 

This process ensures that engagement remains compliant while allowing brands to build meaningful customer relationships.
